Robert P. Clark, Esq. is the founding member and a Managing Partner of Clark & DiStefano . Mr. Clark is a life-long resident of Monmouth County and has practiced law since 1972.   His practice areas are concentrated on civil litigation, including subrogation, recovery and defense of No-fault PIP and medical expense claims, motor vehicle liability, commercial transportation liability, restaurant liability, casualty & premises liability, insurance fraud, and general liability defense. Mr. Clark also has extensive experience with insurance coverage, collection practice, real estate matters, and appellate practice.

Mr. Clark has wide-ranging litigation, trial, and appellate experience before the New Jersey State Courts and the United States Federal District Courts. He has tried over 150 jury trials. His clients range from most of the country’s largest insurance carriers to local residents purchasing their first home. Mr. Clark also has Appellate Division experience, including over 10 published decisions and numerous unreported decisions in New Jersey State Courts and the U.S. District Courts.
